Turns out, a misprint can cause some pretty big assumptions. Case in point, L.A. Noire‘s script was reported to be 22,000 pages, which was incredibly enormous for a video game, or even media in general. Turns out though, it’s not as much as we thought.
Developer Team Bondi spoke recently with Connected Consoles, revealing that the 22,000 page script news was a simple misprint, and confirming the actual size. The L.A. Noire script will be 2,200 pages, which is pretty thick for a video game, even surpassing the likes of Heavy Rain, which was a bit over 2,000 pages.
L.A. Noire is scheduled for release during the third quarter of 2010.
