Pac-Man to Eat His Way to the E3 Stage

The roots of gaming date back decades ago as the entertainment medium gained popularity with titles such as Pong and Pitfall. One title that was incredibly popular in the 1980’s was the arcade classic titled Pac-Man. According to Namco Bandai, Pac-Man may be making a return in the near future.

Executive Adviser at Namco Bandai, Avi Arad, is apparently pushing forward something new to celebrate Pac-Man’s 30-year birthday. A private party during E3 will reveal whatever the “Project” is, but chances are it’ll be a multi-platform title that should wind up on the PlayStation Store. One possible part of the reveal is that earlier this year at the AOU Expo, Pac-Man: Battle Royale was shown. The title allows for 4-player arcade co-operative play and contains the same classic visuals and gameplay.
