EA and Klei Entertainment are looking to answer the question that has been on many gamer’s minds for years now: “What would happen if Quentin Tarantino abandoned cinema and instead crafted intense 2D action games?” The clear answer to that question is the newly-released Shank my friends. As one of the most beautifully gruesome 2D games to hit the PSN since it first arrived on the scene in 2006, Shank looks to combine 2D side scrolling platforming along with a dose of vioence, and gorgeous HD 2D graphics to make one hell of a unique game. Not to mention the story crafted by award-winning writer, Marianne Krawczyk.
