If you’re like me, you may have held off on playing Borderland‘s latest DLC – Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution – since the patch to unlock the next level tiers hasn’t been released yet. Thankfully, that wait is over, and we can begin to make scrap metal.
Creative director of Gearbox Software Mikey Neumann shared some great news yesterday for many who were waiting for the level cap patch to be released for Borderlands. Neumann has confirmed on his Twitter account that the level patch is live.
This patch will allow the level cap to be raised from 61 to 69 across all Borderland players, regardless of purchasing an expansion pack. The update will also allow enemies to be scaled according to your experience level and of course will let uncover higher weapons to deal with them. Some bugs and glitches were also fixed on the Claptrap DLC, awarding players the appropriate trophies for the expansion.
