The wait is finally over. After a last minute delay on the game which was first shown way back in 2005, fans of Sony’s most successful franchise began to despair that the title would slip further and further down the calendar and into next year. However, Sony has announced an official release date for Gran Turismo 5, and it’s going to hit this year.
Sony has revealed the release date of the highly anticipated racing sim – Wednesday, November 24th for both North America and Europe. Coming out just in time for Christmas, as well as Black Friday in the States, the game is set to break all PlayStation 3 exclusive games’ sales records.
