Homefront Hits Home in March

Homefront, the modern-day shooter where war is not only waged in the world, but on the US soil, will be in your hands next year. But will it be too much to handle when it arrives?

As the tagline says, what makes Homefront unique is its portrayal of Korean forces that have forcibly occupied the United States. The official THQ Twitter account just announced that the game will be hitting home on March 8th 2011 for the USA, March 11th for UK / Continental Europe, and March 10th for Australia. Astute readers will note that this is also the same day that BioWare’s Dragon Age II will be making its way to store shelves, at least in the US. Will this hurt Day One sales for Kaos Studios’ ambitious new IP? Only time will tell.

Definitely head over to PlayStation LifeStyle’s E3 Impressions of Homefront to learn more. I know it already has me emotionally charged, so this will definitely stay on my radar.
