Are you a fan on dancing around strange towers or swinging from threads? What about racing or saving scientists in the core of a foreign planet? Are you also a resident in/around L.A.? Boy, oh boy… Christmas may have come early for you.
Santa Monica Studios have released a press statement calling for help from the gaming community on their next PixelJunk title, PixelJunk Shooter 2: The Belly of the Beast. Testers in the Los Angeles area of all experience levels and franchise devotedness are being summoned to dish out some cold, honest feedback for the team to safely ensure this next project meets the high standards the PixelJunk series is known for.
As you can guess, we’ve got a TON of exciting things to offer in this sequel to the already amazing PixelJunk Shooter, but we need your input to help make it the absolute best it can be! What will we need from you? Your honest opinions on the game as you play through segments of each of the three new environments and encounter new challenges along the way. You will also get to go head-to-head against other testers and experience the online Battle System in which you fight 1-on-1 taking turns being the hunter or the hunted!
As an extra incentive (since playing a guaranteed hit created by seasoned pros before release is underwhelming), the studio will give a Move Starter Bundle to each tester. Free. No joke.
The only requirements are that you have reliable transportation to the testing location, and that you’re over 18 (or if under 18, you must have a guardian present). The event will take approximately 90 minutes and will be held this friday, December 3rd, at 1:00, 3:00 and 5:00pm.
