PSN to be Under Siege Soon

Originally announced way back in March 2009, Move compatible, real-time strategy, PlayStation Network game Under Siege was initially set to release last year, before being delayed to a November 3rd 2010 release. But after the day came and went, many worried that the highly anticipated downloadable title would slip yet another year. Thankfully, a recent listing by the ESRB has assuaged these fears, as it looks like the game will be coming this year.

The Entertainment Software Rating Board generally only rates and lists games that are very close to release as the titles have to be finished to be rated. In their rating of the game, the board revealed:

This is a real-time strategy game in which players engage in battles with enemy soldiers and fantastical creatures. From an overhead perspective, players oversee squads of soldiers and use arrows, swords, and cannons to attack various enemies (giant worms, ogres, spider-like creatures, human-like soldiers). Conflicts are highlighted by battle cries, sword-clanging sound effects, and colorful explosions; defeated enemies fall to the ground and disappear.

Here at PlayStation LifeStyle, we’ve heard rumors that Seed Studios’ game will release December 14th, but we cannot confirm this.
