Best DLC Add-On of 2010

Winner: Undead Nightmare – Red Dead Redemption

In this digital age of downloadable content (DLC), many gamers may find themselves debating whether or not spend their hard-earned cash on additional game expansions. With Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption, it saw a total of five DLC packs – two free packs and three that were attainable with that green stuff from your wallet. While the first two buyable packs may have been questionable, Rockstar pulled out the doubt in strides and really brought the joy of DLC to life with their last pack in Undead Nightmare.

This tongue-in-cheek addition has it all – a thrilling single-player campaign with new weapons and undead creatures, and fresh exciting modes for multiplayer. Anyone fighting for survival through the six hour storyline will be convinced that Rockstar held nothing back in its stellar production and gameplay. This Red Dead Redemption zombie expansion packs more content in one punch than any of its competitors in the DLC market, and the price point at $9.99 makes this one a steal. The sheer weight of the overall value easily lets Undead Nightmare take our vote as the best DLC add-on. I’d bet my braaaaiins on it.
