Motorstorm Apocalypse is the latest, and definitely greatest, game in the PlayStation off-road racing franchise. Shown off just before E3 2010, you’ll be able to get your hands on this racer in just a few months.
Evolution Studios’ next game is going to be just around the collapsing corner, with two separate launch dates depending on your region of choice. The game will be launching on March 16th in Europe and April 12th in North America. Motorstorm Apocalypse will feature a dynamically destructible environment creating a unique experience each time you play it. The game will also be the first retail Motorstorm title to ship with 3D capability. Motorstorm 3D Rift technically was the “first” in the series to have it, but not with the same depth of the new title, and was download only.
Also, be sure to pre-order Motorstorm Apocalypse too, as that’s the only way to get free exclusive content. Gamestop, Best Buy, and Amazon all have different version of the Carbon vehicle (a supercar, rally car, or superbike), chrome stickers for your vehicles, a PS3 dynamic theme, and a PSN Avatar.
