Deus Ex: Human Revolution is set to follow in its predecessor’s footsteps by offering players the ability to choose their method of tackling each situation, and a new trailer shows several ways this will work.
The previous Deus Ex games were hailed for the numerous options provided to players, along with a great story line and setting. Even though Human Revolution will take place 25 years before the original, those choices will still be just as plentiful. Cybernetic augmentations will give Adam Jensen upgrades to his physical skills and arsenal, and the decision of which upgrades to use will effect how each combat scenario can be handled. The new trailer Eidos Montreal has just released shows us just a few of those options, and Deus Ex: Human Revolution looks like it’s shaping up to be yet another great title in the franchise.
All these different methods should provide fun for every playing style, and the tactical possibilities seem virtually unlimited. Unfortunately Deus Ex: Human Revolution was delayed from it’s originally scheduled release earlier this month, and will see store shelves in the United States on August 23, 2011 and August 26th for the United Kingdom. It looks like all that extra time will just bring extra quality. Are you excited to use cybernetic augmentations to battle Adam Jensen’s enemies?
