Everyone knew Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 would be this year’s COD game. The third installment in the hugely successful franchise was confirmed a year ago and it was just a matter of time before its official unveil: the shooter was outed recently due to the game’s massive leak, causing Activision to release a full reveal trailer. The publisher has now released Modern Warfare 3‘s first screenshots.
When the Modern Warfare 3 leak occurred, images from the alpha version of the title were unearthed. The game’s first official screenshots, however, have been released–check them out below:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is currently scheduled for a release on November 8th, 2011.
