Last week we gave you the news that Industry Icon and Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune was working on a PlayStation 3 exclusive RPG due out this August. We spoke about the possibilities of what this game could be, even having a lengthy talk about it in our podcast, but the title is not what you would think.
The game is not even one in development by his own studio, Comcept, but a game that Inafune himself will be starring in. If you guessed that the game is Compile Hearts developed Hyperdimension Neptunia mk-2, then you have won our respect and shall be worshiped here at PlayStation LifeStyle for Seven days.
This is a bit disappointing considering it is not as megaton as we would have hoped, as many of us started dreaming of things like Breath of Fire. However Neptunia mk-2 looks like it could be an entertaining game, and Inafune stars as a laser-vomiting special weapon so that’s a plus.
