New Game Announced, Why it’s Grease Lightning!

Growing up and watching Grease, I always longed to be as cool as Danny Zuko, singing and dancing with a certain Sandy Olsson. Now, while I may never be as cool as Zuko, I just might be able to learn all his moves with the just announced Grease game. 505 Games has just announced that the game will be releasing for the PlayStation 3 and will use the Move peripheral.

In the game you will have plenty of chances to sing and dance to your favorite Grease songs, and you won’t have to do it alone, as the game supports co-op play. Check out the full list of bitchin’ features below.

  • SING!: The game features 15 song compositions from the original film and 5 bonus classic rock ‘n’ roll tracks.
  • DANCE!: Hours of fun with rock ‘n’ roll routines from the movie, including duet choreography and freestyle sections where players can express their individuality and dance for increased points.
  • GAMEPLAY MODES: Game includes Dance Mode and Karaoke Mode with both featuring versus and co-operative play.
  • COOPERATIVE GAMEPLAY: Up to eight-players can compete in Party Mode — two teams of four players consisting of 2 dancers and 2 singers at any one time.

If anyone is interested, I will be starting back up the T-Birds and I need a lady to start up the Pink Ladies. Please comment below if you are interested and we can start getting the costumes ready for when Grease releases October 25th in North America, and November 4th to the rest of the world.
