Sega’s upcoming House of the Dead Overkill Extended Cut, is a remastering of the popular rail shooter that graced the Nintendo Wii back in 2009. In an effort to prepare PlayStation gamers for its upcoming release, Sega has unveiled a new trailer that showcases PS3 footage of the game.
As you’ll soon see in the trailer below, the clip is taken from a section of the game that is set in a hospital. The visuals are noticeably better than its Wii-based counterpart and features some really gritty art design. In addition, the narration makes it clear that the game hardly takes itself seriously, which is a good thing.

House of the Dead Overkill will arrive on store shelves October 28th in the UK and October 25th in North America. The game will not only feature trophies, but also 3D and Move support as well.
