Sony has revealed some additional information on the Vita’s memory cards, namely which upcoming titles will require the proprietary memory for game saves and which won’t.
According to a report from Kotaku, the following games won’t require a memory card for saving the game:
- Asphalt: Injection
- Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3
- F1 2011
- Dynasty Warriors Musou Next
- Shin Kamaitachi no Yoru
- Dark Quest, Shinobodo 2
- Power Smash 3
- BlazBlue Continuum Shift Extend
- The Michael Jackson Experience
- Mah-Jong Fight Club
- Let’s Try Bass Fishing: Fish On Next
- Lord of Apocalypse
Those that will require a memory stick include:
- @field
- Uncharted: Golden Abyss
- Dream Club Zero
- Disgaea 3
- Hot Shots Golf 6
- Monster Raider
- Ridge Racer
Games that require a Memory Card to save may do so for a number of different reasons, possibly to install data on the card for Live Area or for DLC expansion.
