PS Vita Glitch Leads To Discovery of Dolphin Debug Menu

It didn’t take long for owners of the recently released PlayStation Vita to discover a hidden debug menu, even if it seems to have been found by accidental as an unfortunate glitch. The debug menu shows three swimming dolphins and an oyster on the center of the screen, the player can use the left thumb stick to rotate the camera and inspect the swimming mammals from a number of different angles.

The user who claims to have discovered this hidden menu says that his Vita is stuck on this debug menu regardless of how any times he powers down the handheld.

The text in this hidden Vita menu looks very similar to the recovery menu found in the PSP 1000 and 2000, but the underwater setting is a new bizarre Easter egg.
