The PlayStation Vita’s launch is coming soon, but many of the titles coming for Vita’s launch day or window still haven’t been given firm dates or prices yet. Today, though, new information about Vita’s launch software may have been revealed from an allegedly leaked GameStop document.
The report on the alleged document says that both Gravity Rush and Lumines: Electronic Symphony are launch titles, with Gravity Rush allegedly being available on launch day (but whether the launch day is the First Edition Bundle launch or the actual February 22 launch is unclear). The document lists a 2/14 release date for Lumines: ES, though — one day prior to the First Edition Bundle’s release.
The alleged document lists the following launch titles as being priced at $29.99: Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational, WipEout 2048, ModNation Racers: Road Trip, Reality Fighters, and Little Deviants. The titles that are not available at launch, but are listed as having a $29.99 price point are: Ridge Racer and Touch My Katamari. Both of those titles are listed as having 2/21 release dates.
The launch titles listed as having a $39.99 price point are: Gravity Rush, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Lumines: Electronic Symphony, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extended, and Virtua Tennis: World Tour. The titles that aren’t available at launch, but are listed as having a $39.99 price point are: Supremacy MMA (2/16), FIFA Soccer (2/21), Shinobido 2: Revenge of Zen (2/21), F1 2011 (2/22), MLB 12: The Show (3/6), Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention (3/20), Army Corps of Hell (late March), LittleBigPlanet (3/31), Ruin (April), and Resistance: Burning Skies (May).
Finally, Uncharted: Golden Abyss is listed as a launch title and as being priced at $49.99.
The PlayStation Vita launches on February 22 in North America and Europe, with Sony having confirmed some of the handheld’s launch titles.
