If an early listing on Electronic Arts’ Origin store is any indication, it looks like Crysis 3 is currently in the works and will be announced very soon.
While EA has since taken down the listing, Twitter user miladesn managed to snag a photo of it before it was removed, which you can see for yourself right here. You’ll notice from the image that three versions of the collector’s edition are shown, and oddly enough a PS3 version wasn’t among them. An Xbox 360 version, a PC disc-based version and a downloadable PC version made up the trio.
Fortunately however, it looks like PS3 owners won’t be left out, as a German-specific Google Search courtesy of Eurogamer.de indicates that the game will be available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
In addition, GameReactor Sweden appears to be teasing a reveal for the game in its next issue (via NeoGAF), so we’ll likely find out more about this alleged third installment soon enough. While the cover image doesn’t confirm that it’s in fact Crysis related, that Nanosuit pattern is pretty hard to miss.
