The next entry in Sony’s Sorcery developer documentary has finally hit the web, and this second installment discusses the game’s story.
While there’s no doubt that gameplay is the backbone of Sorcery, the development team has made a considerable effort to incorporate a meaningful story into the experience as well. Since this move-based title provides a unique control scheme, the developer has aimed to convey that same sense revelation within the story, describing it as a “journey of discovery.”

While I doubt most gamers will be picking up Sorcery for its narrative, the fact that the developer is taking the time to carefully integrate a cohesive plot into the experience speaks volumes to the quality of the final product. Sony desperately needs a killer app for the PlayStation Move and all signs are pointing to Sorcery as being that game.
