Several new multiplayer modes are coming to Assassin’s Creed III, and if stealth-killing your friends online is something you do to have a good time, we’ve got all the details below.
Ubisoft has just released a trailer detailing the game’s multiplayer portion, giving gamers a close look at Wolf Pack, a new strategy-heavy mode that rewards skill and teamwork. If you look closely, you’ll also catch a glimpse of Artifact Assault, Team Deathmatch, Wanted, Manhunt and Capture the Flag in the game’s menu.

It’s clear from the video that Ubi’s trying to tie the multiplayer into the plot, by offering some context to the widespread use of the Animus. Could Abstergo’s commercial use of this machine be an indication of something bigger happening in the future? It sure looks to be that way.
Assassin’s Creed III is set to launch on October 30th for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
