Here’s the Killzone: Mercenary Box Art, Developers Tell Rockstar “Come at me Bro”

One thing missing yesterday when Killzone: Mercenary had nearly everything revealed – release date, multiplayer, gameplay – was the box art we can expect to see when it comes to store shelves on September 17th.

Well, thanks to Amazon posting it and Sony confirming it, we now know that this will be the official Killzone: Mercenary box art:

If you checked PSLS earlier today, you would have noticed that Grand Theft Auto V was announced with a September 17th release date, the same day as Killzone: Mercenary. In response to this, the Killzone Twitter account simply issued the following humorous statement:

@RockstarGames come at me bro

While this shows that they aren’t scared, it wouldn’t be difficult to think that Sony will realize they need to shift the date and bump it up to September 10th to avoid the biggest game of the year.
