With the PS4’s PlayStation Meeting in only a few hours, we’ve been looking at Sony’s first party studios to see if we can glean any new info ahead of tonight’s Kazathon. A job listing we’ve uncovered by Guerrilla Games suggests that their new IP may be a little different, as it looks for developers with “social gaming development”.
The Sr. Online Producer/PM job listing is for the main Guerrilla Games development team, rather than Guerrilla Cambridge (Killzone Mercenary on Vita), and states:
We really want to hear from you if:
You have experience with PS3 and/or social gaming development
It’s unclear if the job listing is for their confirmed, but not revealed, new IP, or for the rumored Killzone 4. What we do know, however, is that one of the games they are working on is an FPS/Action game.
Let’s hope we find out more at 6PM EST, when the PS4 is announced.
