We’ve already done our fair share of coverage for the Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix today, what with all the details about the North American and European releases happening this fall, as well as the trophy support and voice options, but one thing we haven’t known is the price.
Thanks to a recently posted listing for the Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix on Amazon today though, we can tell you that it is going to cost $39.99, about the same as every other HD collection to ever release. If, however, you’re worried that this may be a placeholder price and will go up upon launch, keep in mind that there’s a pre-order price guarantee, meaning that whatever you pay now for a pre-order is what you’ll pay when it comes out (unless it goes cheaper).
Amazon does also show a box art for the title, though that is very likely a placeholder (especially when you see the vibrant Japanese art), and the September 30th release date is also going to change as that is a Monday.
Is $39.99 the sweet spot price point for you? Let us know in the comments below.
