With Grand Theft Auto V set to light the sales charts on fire when it releases on September 17th of this year, Take-Two knows that it is on track to dominate in Fiscal Year 2014 (April 2013 – March 2014). Speaking at the Wedbush Transformational Technologies Conference, Take-Two’s COO, Karl Slatoff, said that, “looking beyond 2013, with Grand Theft Auto V launching on September 17, fiscal 2014 should be one of the best years ever for the company with substantial revenue and earnings growth.”
Taking a peek at their games for FY2014, they really don’t have anything currently announced besides GTA V (Agent and a new WWE are possible), but Karl continued on by saying that, “we also have an extensive pipeline of unannounced titles in development which you are going to hear about in the future months.”
Unless they have some brand new franchises scheduled, expect to possibly hear about a sequel for Red Dead Redemption, L.A. Noire, Max Payne, or maybe even Midnight Club.
Which games do you think Take-Two will announce in the coming months? Let us know in the comments below.
