We’re Stepping up our Indie Coverage and Need Your Feedback

One thing you’ve asked for, and frankly, we’ve always wanted to do, is offer more coverage on indie games. Be it PlayStation Mobile or smaller PSN releases, there’s a wealth of titles out there to choose from, and we’ll be doing our best to cover them – whether that’s through news, reviews, or interviews.

For right now, you can expect our review count for indie games to increase. Very shortly, our review of Switch Galaxy will go live, complete with a new review format for these ‘smaller’ titles. We ask you to please check it out in a bit and let us know what you think of the structure. Any feedback – be it positive or negative – will be taken into consideration to make each review better going forward.

Now, while we’ll do our best to review each game as they arrive (I’m just about to start Nun Attack), there’s also a huge backlog already available. If there are any games you haven’t pulled the trigger on yet and want to know if they’re worth the money, let us know in the comments and we’ll do our best to get to it.

In the coming days, weeks, and months, we’ll also be reaching out to indie developers for a project we hope to be big. If all goes well, you should expect to get to know these studios on a personal level, and at the same time, hopefully win a game or two.

To help us out with this – are there any developers you’d like to hear from or get to know better? What kinds of questions would you like them to answer? Let us know in the comments below.
