We found out on Friday that The Last of Us would have a campaign lasting “more than 12 hours, maybe 12 to 16,” and today, Beyond: Two Souls’ is expected to last “between 12-15 hours.”
This news comes from VG247, who talked to Caroline Marchal, Gameplay Lead on Beyond: Two Souls, where she compared the October 8th release to Quantic Dream’s previous title, Heavy Rain, in terms of game length:
I think it’s longer than Heavy Rain because there is more exploration. It’s difficult to say right now because we are, at the moment, pacing the game, so things change and lines are moving.
But I would say between 12-15 hours of play, depending on the player’s choices.
What do you think about Beyond: Two Souls possibly taking up to 15 hours to beat? How long did it take you to get through Heavy Rain? Let us know in the comments below.
