Possible Dark Souls 2 Box Art Posted by GameStop, More Game Details Provided

Dark Souls 2 has had an eventful last few days, with a brand new trailer released and it getting confirmed for current generation systems, with no intent to have it on next-gen.

Thanks to a recently updated listing on GameStop and EB Games’ website, they have posted what seems to be the Dark Souls 2 box art:

And for comparison, here’s the Dark Souls and Demon’s Souls box arts:

As part of the product update on the EB Games website, they also included a newer description of Dark Souls 2, which alludes to and looses some new details:

Dark Souls II will feature a new hero, a new storyline, and an unfamiliar world for players to survive in while delivering its signature brand of unrelenting punishment that players hunger for. Epic battles with gruesome enemies and blood-thirsty bosses await adventurers as they traverse through a devastated world filled with death and despair; only those who are strong willed or cunning can survive this journey to achieve great glory. Players seeking to share their experience will discover a revamped server-based multiplayer mode that will put a distinct Dark Souls II twist on the concept of playing with others.

Features
