Gearbox probably wasn’t expecting to announce the next, and final, piece of Borderlands 2 DLC, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep, today, but thanks to an ill-advised tweet (pictured below), they have confirmed the extra content. Launching on June 25th in North America (with Europe probably getting it on June 26th), Tiny Tina‘s Assault will be $9.99, or if you have the Season Pass, it’s a free download.
As IGN explains it, you’ll be playing a game of Bunkers & Badasses (think Dungeons & Dragons) as a player in the game, with Tiny Tina being the dungeon master. She’ll then narrate the game as it goes along, changing things up along the way.
If Gearbox puts out a trailer or goes into further detail for Tiny Tina prior to launch, we’ll be sure to let you know.
As a reminder, you won’t have to wait until June 25th for your next Borderlands 2 content, as the Psycho Pack is scheduled for release sometime this month.
