Following the news of The Elder Scrolls Online coming to next-gen consoles, and Chandler heartily enjoying it at E3, beta applications for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game have opened up. Of course, the PS4 will be given first dibs on the beta as announced at E3, but since Bethesda has yet to announce a date for said beta, or their guidelines for choosing participants, it’s a wait-and-see approach after you sign up.
When the game does launch in 2014 on PC and consoles, Brian Wheeler, Lead PvP Designer, revealed to GZ that the studio isn’t “trying to skimp or compromise on quality across any platform. It’s going to be the same AAA experience whether you’re Xbox, PlayStation, PC, or Mac.”
