The Last of Us Finishes First in the UK Charts, Biggest New IP Launch Since L.A. Noire

The Last of Us managed a first place finish in the UK last week, beating out fellow newcomer Animal Crossing: New Leaf on the 3DS. Making this achievement even better, Naughty Dog’s latest is the biggest launch for a new IP since L.A. Noire in 2011, with the game also placing behind only BioShock Infinite and Tomb Raider as the fastest selling launch of 2013.
