Two weeks ago today, The Last of Us was released. Since then, many of the staff here have had their chance to play, beat, and enjoy the game, but there’s also a few who are a little bit late to the party.
Here’s what everyone is playing this weekend:
Anthony Severino – A Whole New U (@Sev_Anthony)
I’ll probably mess around with some Game & Wario and some New Super Luigi U, and maybe fire up my PC to install some Skyrim mods where I give all of the women in the game huge asses.
Cameron Teague – Let The Happy Flow Through You (@Cameron_PSLS)
I got Vita happy today and downloaded a lot of free games to try, so I think some of the weekend will be spent with Germinator, Zero Escape, Ecolibrium, and Pinball. Outside of that, I might finally pick up The Last of Us to give it a playthrough, but will most likely wait since Deadpool arrives Saturday for review.
Chandler Wood – Maybe? Definitely! (@FinchStrife)
This weekend I will finally, finally, FINALLY be able to really dive into The Last of Us. Maybe. Except my family is in town. And the violence and cursing don’t really mix well with them. Not to mention my little sister has been using my PS3 to play Wonderbook: Book of Spells on my wife’s profile (can’t have somebody else earning trophies on my profile). Awh hell, I’m never going to get the chance to play The Last of Us… o_0

I will probably be putting in a few more rounds of The Last of Us’ online multiplayer and trying to find a way to make Seb actually sound funny while editing the Bad Gamers podcast. Oh, and I was handed another project to work on for my freelance artist gig, so I will have to start that.

I’ve finally got the magic in my PS3 and will be playing through Magic 2014 pretty much all weekend, with a review to hopefully follow sometime early next week.
Louis Edwards – Waiting (@ftwrthtx)
With games to review, The Last of Us will have to wait for my Survivor + run. Looks like Pool Nation and Motorbike will be on tap for Saturday. Sunday will have me in Santa Clara for my son’s MMA pro debut. Can someone please tell him that playing UFC Unleashed 3 doesn’t count as training?
