Fergal Gara, VP & Managing Director at SCE UK and Ireland, promised we’ll officially find out when the PS4 releases at the gamescom conference.
Leading up to that official announcement, we’re bound to get more than a few different retailer leaks, with Wal-Mart.com giving their thoughts on the PlayStation 4 release date, saying it’s coming out this November:
Since they do say at the top of the product page that “it should ship on 12/31/2013”, that seems to be their placeholder, while the contradictory November date could be based on further information.
