Update: The Amazon Twitter account tweeted that the GTA V PS3 bundle has dropped to $269.99, likely meaning that this is an official price drop, rather than a sale.
Original Story: When Grand Theft Auto V launches worldwide on September 17th, it’s bound to sell like Shuhei teddy bears at Christmas on the software side, while also moving more than a few people to pick up a new console.
As was revealed at E3, Sony and Rockstar have teamed up to create a Grand Theft Auto V PlayStation 3 500GB bundle for release on September 17th for $299.99. In a seemingly unadvertised sale, GameStop has dropped the price on the GTA V PS3 bundle by $30 to $269.99 in the United States, while EB Games in Canada has put it to $269.99 as well.
This deal doesn’t have an end date, nor is it valid at any other retailers at this point, so jump on this if you plan on buying a PlayStation 3 and Grand Theft Auto V.
