One remaining question about the PlayStation 4 has been answered, with a Sony rep confirming to Polygon that wireless headsets for the PlayStation 3 will be compatible with the PS4 when it launches later this year.
Of course, the PlayStation 4 itself does come with a wired mono headset (dubbed the EarSet) if you don’t have any other means of communicating with other players. If you’ve never seen it before, here it is:
We’ve reached out to Sony in order to find out if there are any restrictions for which wireless PS3 headset will work on PS4 and we’ll let you know if we get a response.
