PlayStation’s gamescom 2013 Press Conference to be “Packed With News on Both Announced and Unannounced Titles”

Details on how we’ll be able to watch the PlayStation gamescom Press Conference through our PlayStation Vita weren’t divulged today, but we did learn that you can watch it in PlayStation Home on your PS3, or on the gamescom page at PlayStation.com.

The conference takes place on Tuesday, August 20th, at 7PM CET, 6PM UK time, or 1PM EDT and 8AM PDT, where they’ll “be showcasing the future of all things PlayStation,” with it also being “packed with news on both announced and unannounced titles.”

We’ll have to wait until gamescom before we know exactly what is going to be revealed, though we do know that there will be some PlayStation Vita games, some PlayStation 4 games, a Housemarque PS4 game, and a new next-gen IP from Ubisoft.

After the press conference finishes up, a live panel discussion revolving around the role of narrative and storytelling in games will be held, featuring Shuhei Yoshida, President of Worldwide Studios, David Cage, Director on Beyond: Two Souls, and Darby McDevitt, Assassin’s Creed writer.

If you’re lucky enough to attend gamescom in Cologne, Germany, there will be numerous PS3, PS Vita, and PS4 games playable at the event.
