Update 2: Clearing up any confusion, Adam Boyes tweeted that Minecraft is coming to PS4, PS3, and PS Vita.
Update: It looks like Minecraft won’t just be restricted to the PS4 in the PlayStation family. Taking to Twitter, Notch confirmed that “Minecraft+Sony=true,” while also following up that tweet with, “PS4, PS3 and Vita.”
We’ll have to wait for official confirmation from Sony about Minecraft coming to all three of the PlayStation platforms, though it seems like it’s happening!
Original Story: Well this is definitely awesome news. Dominating the sales charts at retail, and on Xbox Live, for the Xbox 360, Minecraft has been a sales juggernaut, and Sony has managed to bring it to PlayStation 4, with a release date set for console launch.
No other details for Minecraft were given, but this is definitely exciting news.
As well, you can expect to get your hands on the F2P War Thunder when the PS4 launches as well.
