Grand Theft Auto V on the PSN Will be Available to Download at Midnight Pacific Time on September 17th

When Grand Theft Auto V launches on September 17th at retail stores and the PlayStation Store (pre-order it on the PSN to receive 75% any Rockstar title) for $59.99, most major video game stores will be opening up at midnight, giving you the chance to play the game as early as possible.

Making sure that people who buy the digital version of Grand Theft Auto V are on (almost) equal footing, the PSN copy of the game will be available at 12AM PST/3AM EST the morning of September 17th. As you’d expect, you won’t be able to pre-load the game, so depending on your connection and the final file size (for reference, GTA IV is 10.3GB), it could take some time before you’re actually able to play GTA V.

Are you going to buy Grand Theft Auto V in stores, or on the PSN? Let us know in the comments below.
