Zeboyd Games’ Cosmic Star Heroine is their “latest attempt to recapture the feel of some of the classic RPGs of the 90s, while putting our own unique spin on the whole experience.” Inspired by games like Chrono Trigger, the Phantasy Star series, and Suikoden series, here’s a short clip:

Samurai Gunn (PS4, PS Vita) – 2014

While not many real details were given at the original posting, over on the Samurai Gunn website, it is described as a “lightning-fast Bushido brawler for two to four players. Each samurai is armed with a sword and gun, with only 3 bullets to a life. Discipline and quick reflexes are the key to deflecting bullets and sending your opponents’ heads rolling.”

On top of all that, Divekick was confirmed as a PlayStation 4 launch title.
