Back when Shuhei Yoshida, President of Worldwide Studios at Sony Computer Entertainment, Managing First Party Game Developer for PlayStation, Father of Twin Daughters, Twitter Addict and Troll (phew), tweeted out an image of Kate Upton on the front of a magazine, I didn’t think much of it. As it turns out, it was just the precursor to an obsession with Ms. Upton that goes far deeper than any of us could have imagined.
After tweeting a picture of his office door with a sackboy on it, a Twitter follower asked him what was inside the office, to which he replied, “Kate.” Yet when someone else said that it’s missing some “Kate Upton goodness,” he said in response, “In my heart.”
Finally, something that could get Kate Upton a TON of spam on her Twitter feed, Shuhei said he would give a PS4 discount if Kate Upton would give him an #FF on Twitter. Shuhei obviously meant that in a ‘trolling’ way, but it would be funny to see what he does if it actually happens…
In less obsession-based news, and getting closer to actual news, Shuhei Yoshida’s PS4 UI video at gamescom has passed 450,000 views, a PS4 release date announcement for Greece is “coming, for sure,” and Shuhei said, “I expect so” when someone asked him, “When I log in on PS4 will I still be able to see friends that are on PS3? Message them etc?”
