Shuhei Yoshida Details How to Start a Game With the PlayStation Camera, DualShock 3 not Compatible with PS4 Games on PS Vita TV

During the Sony keynote presentation yesterday, Shuhei Yoshida, President of Worldwide Studios, took the stage to demo how easy it is to play PlayStation 4 games on the PlayStation Vita TV. Some eagle-eyed viewers noticed that Shuhei was actually using a DualShock 3 when playing Knack on stage, but due to the poor translation given during the event, it wasn’t properly explained that you won’t actually be able to use the DualShock 3 with PlayStation 4 games through Remote Play on PlayStation Vita TV.

Shortly after the demo, Shuhei went on his Twitter account and cleared up any misinformation that this was possible by saying, “No, it was just for demo purpose” and “no, just for the demo, use DS4 to play PS4 games.”

Here’s the video in case you missed it (turning the audio off is recommended):

Also because of the poor translation during the keynote, Shuehi replied to a follower who asked exactly how you can use your voice to start up a game with the PlayStation Camera by saying, “”PlayStation”, “Knack“, “start” to start Knack on the Home menu.”

Do you think you’ll be using your voice to start games? Let us know in the comments below.
