Although they may be estimates at the moment, Square Enix Senior Product Manager Sakura Minamida revealed what “should be” around the final download sizes for the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster on both PS3 and PS Vita:
- FFX HD & FFX-2 HD for PS3 – 24.1GB
- FFX HD & FFX-2 HD for PS Vita – 7GB
- FFX-2 HD for PS Vita (You get a download code for this when buying the physical PS Vita version) – 3.5GB
Keep in mind that these sizes aren’t final, with the download sizes in Europe expected to be larger.
If you were confused about how the combined trophy lists for Final Fantasy X HD and Final Fantasy X-2 HD will work, Minamida explained:
The trophies are combined; each title has its own trophy set (X and X-2) even though they’re one SKU on PS3; once you’ve earned trophies on Vita, syncing with the server will give you them on PS3, and vice versa.
And here’s the sizes of the Collector’s Edition art book and Limited Edition:
The Collector’s Edition’s art book will be 7.625″ x 11″ (around the same size for the Lithos), whereas the Limited Edition is “5.75 x 7.625″ – a standard DVD size.
