If you were snoozing when Amazon managed to have the PS4 in stock for a good 12 hours, there’s still a chance to get one before Christmas.
US retailer Best Buy will have an unknown amount of PlayStation 4s in their stores today, in what could be the last stock refill before the big holiday. Spokesman Jeff Shelman said:
Quantities will be somewhat limited, so if you want to be there, you should be in line before we open at 7 a.m.
Pre-Sunday PS4 inventory levels were described as “not good” by Shelman, who at the time said “we don’t really have many.” Now, however, there should be enough PS4s to meet some of the demand for the much-desired console. As for the Xbox One, Best Buy said they have enough supply to make it through the previous week as well as this one.
The perception is that the next-gen systems are totally sold out and if you want one before the holidays, you’re out of luck. At Best Buy, at least, that’s not the case.
