You probably don’t know Midnight City, but they are a new indie label for Majesco, and one of their current projects is bringing Slender: The Arrival to consoles. You won’t have to wait long for the game either, as it is scheduled for a Q1 2014 release date on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, with a price of $9.99 (the same as Steam).
To get an idea of how you’ll be scared by Slender: The Arrival, here’s the Steam launch trailer for the game:
For the console release, you can expect two new levels that will be accessible after beating the core game, which allow you to flashback and play as Slender Man’s victims. As well, the press release states there will be “a smooth layer of polish for console audiences,” with the PC and Steam versions getting the new console content as a free update after the Xbox 360 and PS3 release.
Midnight City also confirmed Double Dragon: Neon and racer Krautscape for PC release in Q1 for $9.99.
