Hideo Kojima Wants Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes “Played on PS4”

Taking a break from just posting non-stop images of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes on his Twitter account, Hideo Kojima talked a little about how he’d like you to play Ground Zeroes on PS4 (edited for clarity):

End of next month, a long awaited PS4 is coming to Japan [on February 22nd]. So is Ground Zeroes coming the following month. I want Ground Zeroes played on PS4, though it’s available on current-gen. When I say this at interviews abroad, they say, ‘Next-gen? Here PS4 and Xbox One are current-gen!'”

Then, he gave out his impression of Knack after being invited to play the game (edited for clarity):

I was invited by Mark-san to play Knack Japanese version, an action game giving you a good feeling to play along. Control is quite simple, but once you change difficulty levels it could be very hard. Feels good when Knack gets gigantic, liked the Crash Bandicoot-ish trap.

Played Knack at SCE for 3 hours. As you expect from Mark-san’s game, it is created thoroughly. You can’t tell next-gen touch, but has interesting technical challenges to it. For those dad gamers who like FPS, I’d recommend co-op with your kids.

Of course, he also showed an image of Ground Zeroes, this time the challenge screen for the game on Xbox One:

And this is the Quiet test model still in progress by PlayArts KAI:
