The Awesomenauts will be assembling very soon on the PlayStation 4, with Ronimo Games announcing that Awesomenauts: Assemble has a confirmed release date of March 4th in North America and March 5th in Europe. The game will run you $9.99/€9.99 and doesn’t include Cross Buy, meaning that anyone who bought the PS3 version will have to pay full price on PS4.
With Awesomenauts: Assemble, you’ll be getting a 2D MOBA that has already sold over 1 million copies and sees you choosing from 1 of 15 Awesomenauts to battle online in 3 vs. 3 matches with drop-in/drop-out matchmaking. If you’d like to play with friends, there will also be the option to have two other people join via local split-screen.
Comparing Awesomenauts on PS4 to the PS3 version, you can expect 7 new characters, new skins, a new map, better controls, and “a lot more upcoming content.”
