Following a leak that suggested it would be PC only, Deep Silver has confirmed that Risen 3: Titan Lords will launch in August 2014 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC from Gothic and Risen creators Piranha Bytes.
Staying vague on the details, the press release for Risen 3: Titan Lords calls the game a “new, classic RPG” where you’ll be pulled “into a hand-crafted role-playing world full of rugged charm where every decision changes the course of the story and your fate, and the fate of the world, is up for the taking.” They also promise the world of Titan Lords to be “diverse, authentic and full of life, providing the player with an authentic, classic RPG experience.”
Bjoern Pankratz, Project Lead at Piranha Bytes, talked about Risen 3: Titan Lords:
