With Wolfenstein: The New Order’s May 20th release date fast-approaching (pre-order to get access to the DOOM beta!), some copies have made their way into the world, with reports surfacing that there will be a 5GB day 1 patch (appears to be for PS4), while the Xbox One patch is 7.3GB. According to Mark DeSanto, the patch notes feature “text, bug, gameplay, checkpoint & audio fixes.”
In addition to the day 1 patch, which isn’t mandatory, Wolfenstein: The New Order will take up this much space on your PS4/PS3:
PlayStation 4
- Hard Drive Requirements: ~47 GB total install
PlayStation 3
- Hard Drive requirements for disc play: 8 GB HDD space
- Hard Drive requirements for PSN download: 17 GB HDD space
