Giving us a double dose of new firmware last night, Sony unleashed mandatory updates for the PlayStation 4 (1.72) and PlayStation 3 (4.60), both of which carry the same update note:
- System software stability during use of some features has been improved.
Since PlayStation is so vague, if you’ve noticed anything has changed with your PS4 or PS3 since the update, please let people know in the comments below.
For those of you who need to download the PS4 update to a USB drive, you’ll need at least 320MB of space and can find everything on the UK and US PlayStation sites. As well, for anyone looking to get the PS3 update through a USB drive, you’ll need at least 200MB and can find everything on the UK and US PlayStation sites.
