PlayStation Senior Community Specialist Kristine Steimer has confirmed that PlayStation Plus users will get Dragon’s Crown on both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita for free in August. “You’re correct, [Dragon’s Crown] isn’t cross-buy,” she said, “but I’ve been told Plus members will receive both versions.”

The August 2014 PlayStation Plus free games line-up has been revealed, and it includes two brand new releases in the form of Road Not Taken and Metrico, as well as four older titles that include Dragon’s Crown and Crysis 3.

- TowerFall: Ascension (PS4)
- Dead Space 3 (PS3)
- Vessel (PS3)
- Doki-Doki Universe (PS Vita, includes cross-buy with PS4, PS3)
- Muramasa Rebirth (PS Vita)
Entering the IGC
- Road Not Taken (PS4)
- Fez (PS4, includes cross-buy with PS3 and PS Vita)
